Doug Kimball

Doug Kimball comes to Greening Properties with a passionate connection to his community at the heart of every transaction.  He’s a Northwest native and graduate of Cascade High School, Washington State University with a BA degree in Radio-Television Communications and an RN diploma from Everett Community College.  He put his education to work at Beacon Publishing as an advertising representative which provided the platform to fine-tune his communication and marketing skills.  He’s served on the board of ARF and continues to work hard placing animals in need of new homes.  Doug’s humanity is evidenced by the years he worked as a long term care and hospice nurse.

For more than 10 years Doug’s diverse talent, multiple skills and outgoing personality have helped satisfied clients successfully buy and sell residential and commercial property, as well as undeveloped land.  His concern, compassion and ability to communicate give his clients an advantage that goes beyond the average service most people receive today.  His mastery of the tools of the trade and knowledge of the market (inside and out) prove he’s a real “get it done kind of guy”.

Doug and Lois (his wife of nearly 40 years) have lived in Everett and Mukilteo nearly all of their married life.  You can spot them in any sort of weather walking their dogs from their Northwest Neighborhood home on Grand Avenue – so feel free to stop him on the street since he loves to talk about real estate.  Or better yet, give him a call at 425.330.1941 or email to doug@dougkimball.net and find out how you too will be a satisfied repeat client.
